Kim is known from films like 9½ Weeks, L.A. Confidential or Final Analysis – after her career as model the US actress made her final breakthrough 1983 side by side with Sean Connery in the movie Never Say Never Again. The film was a remake of Thunderball, almost of the same plot. The Bond Girl, then 30 years old, helped James Bond to save the world from the villain Largo who extorted the United Nations with two atomic bombs. Anyway, Kim is regarded as blonde sex bomb since then. Kim’s deep kiss with the villain Largo (played by Klaus Maria Brandauer) is an unforgettable moment. Three years later 9½ Weeks became the most popular erotic cult film of the 80ies. Whoever has missed it should watch the most important scenes on YouTube, it is worth it.
Some time has passed since the 1980ies. Kim is now 61 years old, still wearing her blonde mane and impressing by her slim figure. But many fans wonder: What happened to her face? At the premiere of her new movie At Any Price in L.A. Kim appeared with frozen facial features, high cheekbones, and eyes wide open. There is no doubt – the ex-Bond Girl helped make this happening with botox and implants – for the sake of alleged beauty. Only a few years ago Kim was opposed to beauty surgeries. By now she obviously changed her mind.
But what brought about such a change of mind? Well, the pressure to optimize many actresses are exposed to more than other people was probably decisive here.
Whatever – as a reader of my blog you know that I am critical regarding botox and implants. Botulinum toxin, better known as botox paralyzes nerve cells and prevents contraction of facial muscles concerned – the natural countenance bows out and a doll-like, vacant expression arises. Even worse: Skin becomes thin and dry and is looking old.
So what can we do to get rid of undesired wrinkles whilst maintaining a natural appearance?
One of the possibilities would be a therapy with bioidentical hormones (Bioidentical Hormonal Regeneration Therapy, BHRT) which works against an age-related hormone decrease. Apparent wrinkle reduction, higher performance, better libido, and an improvement of the general state of health are the results.
The age-related reduced skin components collagen and hyaluronic acid should be supplied increasingly via nutrition. One possibility is our product Perfect Skin, which is available as powder or beauty drink.
A treatment with the body’s own stem cells can regenerate skin and tissue. By the means of gentle liposuction with microcannulas a small amount of the patient’s fat is obtained, from which stem cells are extracted and afterwards injected into areas concerned.
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) obtained from autologous blood, as well as growth factors of skin cells are also suitable for skin treatments.
These gentle methods have something in common: They make aesthetic facial surgeries superfluous when being performed in time. If skin and tissue is slackening for too long time a surgical lift is necessary. For Kim it would have been better to not steadfastly refuse aesthetic treatments. If she had turned to gentle, natural methods of skin regeneration early enough she could have spared the post-operative look together with the discussions of her fans. Although for a star there is nothing worse as never being part of a discussion. So Kim will be able to live with such a rumor mill.
