When I decided over four years ago to start offering stem cell breast augmentation to a wider public, I was asked over and over again about the long-term sustainability of the results. Even back then, there were studies from Japan documenting long-term successes several years after breast reconstruction with stem cell-enriched autologous fat. Since then our own experiences have confirmed the sustainability of stem cell breast augmentation.
Because we respect the privacy of our patients, only in rare cases are we able to publish photos of long-term successes. Just recently, however, we had the pleasure of welcoming some very satisfied patients back to our Clinic DDr. Heinrich®.
The long-term results of stem cell breast augmentation are impressive: long-term retention of the added breast volume is ca. 90 to 95 %! Furthermore, it has been found that stem cell-enriched autologous fat exerts a positive effect on the shape of the breast. Stem cell-augmented breasts look younger and firmer.

What is your experience in doing this procedure with women in their late 50\’s? Are there enough stem cells to be harvested?
Dear Kathy,
The stem cell content in the fat does not decrease with age. Thus stem cell breast augmentation is even possible if you are in your late fifties. We would like to add that a 50 year old person normally would profit more from stem cell therapies than a healthy young person who does not need it.
Best regards,
