About a year ago I also started the intake of the pill again. Measurements revealed that my body fat increased, but muscle mass did not. Can bioidentical hormones help? How can I proceed?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Bioidentical hormones can help in weight loss. First of all it would make sense to perform an analysis of the hormone levels. This information enables a focused \u201cbalancing\u201d of a hormonal imbalance.<\/p>\n<p>Certain birth control pills are known to cause weight gain because they interfere with the hormonal balance in uncontrolled way and systematically. Further factors which have a lasting effect on the hormonal production are nutrition, sport, and stress.
