<\/p>\nThe female breast \u2013 a burdensome topic sometimes.<\/p>\n
There are often women coming in our clinic who have always wished for more bust size or who where originally happy with their figure, but, for example, have lost breast volume completely through breastfeeding and are now suffering a lot from the consequence. Patients are also frequently consulting us because of dissatisfaction with their breast implants, an upcoming \u201cimplant change\u201d, or because they have complaints. Some patients perceive the foreign body sensation as unpleasant or they suffer from complications such as capsular fibrosis.<\/p>\n
Those women wish for a natural alternative to silicone and artificial fillers.<\/p>\n
Breast augmentation with autologous fat and stem cells allows for gentle breast forming. The augmented breast feels completely natural and looks absolutely \u201creal\u201d in any posture, whether lying or standing.<\/p>\n

The after photo shows the result actually achieved by the treatment. To protect the anonymity of the depicted person individual physical characteristics (e.g., moles, tattoos) might have been removed.<\/p>\n
In breast augmentation with stem cells<\/a> first autologous fat is harvested with thin microcannulas<\/a>. Problem zones at hips, thighs, and belly are removed; the fat which was undesired \u201cdown below\u201d is gently injected into the breast. In addition, it is useful to enrich the body fat with autologous stem cells before injecting it, because by doing so notably longer lasting results can be achieved than with injection of untreated body fat. The whole procedure is performed on an outpatient basis under local anesthesia.<\/p>\n A breast reconstruction with stem cell-enriched autologous fat is also possible after removing breast implants<\/a>. As soon as the healing process after implant removal is finished, the breast can be augmented gently with stem cell-enriched body fat<\/a>. There is enough space for autologous fat because the breast is often pre-stretched due to the implants.<\/p>\n During one surgery appointment an enlargement from about a half up to two cup sizes can be achieved. In case of breast reconstructions (such as after breast cancer) there are multiple procedures necessary.<\/p>\n
