By a <a href=\"https:\/\/ddrheinrich.com\/en\/treatments\/regenerative-therapies\/bioidentical-hormones\/\">treatment with bioidentical hormones (Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, BHRT)<\/a> cheeks commonly fill up without autologous fat injections or injection of any other artificial substance (\u201cfillers\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>In the patient\u2019s case it would rather be the best option to only work with <a href=\"https:\/\/ddrheinrich.com\/en\/treatments\/face-skin-hair\/stem-cells\/\">stem cells extracted from her body fat<\/a> first of all, by which a tightening effect on the facial tissue is also achieved. The required stem cells are obtained from a small amount of autologous fat, which is <a href=\"https:\/\/ddrheinrich.com\/en\/treatments\/liposuction\/#microcannulas\">harvested with fine microcannulas<\/a> gently under local anesthesia.<\/p>\n<p>Subsequently a <a href=\"https:\/\/ddrheinrich.com\/en\/treatments\/regenerative-therapies\/bioidentical-hormones\/\">treatment with bioidentical hormones<\/a> can be done. Therapies with bioidentical hormones mostly take either 3 or 6 cycles (1 cycle = 28 days).
