Both facial treatments differ slightly:<\/p>\n<p>In <a href=\"https:\/\/ddrheinrich.com\/en\/treatments\/liposuction\/#microcannulas\">facial liposuction<\/a> local fat pads are removed gently by using special facial microcannulas. In case of sagging skin an outpatient <a href=\"https:\/\/ddrheinrich.com\/en\/treatments\/liposuction\/face-chin\/\">microfacelift<\/a> might be useful too. The microfacelift is performed without a scalpel.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ddrheinrich.com\/en\/treatments\/liposuction\/fat-away-injection\/\">Fat-away injection<\/a> is the favored treatment if just tiny facial fat pads should be reduced. By injecting a fat-dissolving natural substance (lecithin) degeneration of local fat depots is initiated.
